B2B Content Marketing Manager (Lead)

We are looking for an accomplished B2B storyteller to join us as a Content Marketing Manager and who will drive highly optimized content creation and distribution that improves our reach, awareness, engagement, and conversion for global restaurant owners across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing leadership in developing a comprehensive multichannel content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, PR, Research and Sales and external influences to develop a roadmap of engaging and relevant content supporting TripAdvisor’s position as an industry thought-leader
- Manage the implementation of the editorial calendar including working with cross-functional internal teams and, where necessary, managing external resources to meet our messaging goals
- Champion editorial governance which is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
- Develop a framework for tracking and analyzing results of all channels to demonstrate the overall business value of content efforts
- Manage digital content hubs including understanding unique efficacy best practices across main social media channels and partnering with the TripAdvisor Insights team in developing a media platform optimized for the unique needs of Restaurant owners
Required Skills:
- A portfolio of produced content pieces with key metrics showcasing a multi-purpose approach and how they’ve been utilized across numerous channels
- Solid understanding of content SEO tactics including but not limited to Google Keyword Tool, SEO titles & meta descriptions, keyword-centric copywriting, Google Search Console, image optimization, site structure, link building
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in progressive B2B Content Marketing roles, preferably in fast-moving technology organizations
- Must be a skilled story teller who employs non-linear thinking skills to create compelling content that is quickly and easily understood by a busy audience
- Experience creating of a wide variety of content including written articles & guides, presentations, videos, webinars (live and on demand), etc. from start-to-finish
- Superior presentation development (PowerPoint) skills
- Speaks at least one foreign language (preferred) and/or has experience writing content and managing translation and localization for multiple languages
- Excellent proofreading, content editing and grammatical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an eye both short-term achievement and longer-term vision
- Must have sense of humor and be flexible, adaptable and open to change
