POSITION:
We’re looking for an energetic, collaborative and entrepreneurial Client Communications Specialist to help innovate, define, and scale our client communications program across the company. The Client Communications Specialist will be the go-to person for all client communications for the company. This person will be responsible for working with product, marketing, and customer success teams to manage our communications calendar, provide governance from a brand and frequency perspective, and help segment our audiences.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Define our client communications strategy
- Manage our client communications calendar and cadence.
- Develop and execute creative programs and campaigns to engage and evoke action from our client base across a variety of distribution channels.
- Help define our client personas to ensure we are meeting their needs across job role and industry.
- Collaborate with the brand team to develop style guides and glossaries for all client communication.
- Update internal and external repositories of client and external communications.
