ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a talented Channel Marketing Manager to help oversee the training and onboarding of new and existing sales channel partners in our North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific sales channel. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working within our digital asset management platform and coordinating the release of approved marketing collateral, supporting our channel partners in their marketing events and digital campaigns, and localization and translation of marketing assets.

ABOUT YOU

You’re comfortable juggling multiple partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring that every partner is complying with Desktop Metal’s brand guidelines, and that all partners are aligned around campaign strategy and goals.
You understand the value of a strong brand and have been a part of design-oriented teams and projects. You have a passion for technology and can leverage data (eg. google analytics, hubspot) and intuition to create requirements and guidance for the future.

  • You have experience working in a organization with a large reseller network
  • You have an eye for detail, and can manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • You may occasionally be asked to travel to assist our sales partner’s marketing efforts in their home countries (primarily Europe and Asia-Pacific)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our sales partners are following our brand guidelines and messaging through periodic reviews
  • Help develop campaign strategies with the internal growth marketing team, and translate those marketing campaigns to our sales partners
  • Upload and disseminate new marketing assets to our sales partners using our cloud-based asset management platform
  • Track MDF for our sales partners
  • Be an intermediary for all of our sales partners’ creative asset requests and the Desktop Metal creative studio
  • Submit new creative content to our translation service provider for localization

Desired Skills:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years experience in a channel marketing environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc..
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe CS an added bonus, but not required
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms or partner marketing platforms such as Bynder, Zift, StructuredWeb, etc.
