As a Business Development Representative at Rave, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will receive support from and work with your fellow BDRs, sales leadership, account executives and marketing team. This job has tremendous opportunity for qualified candidates to have great earning potential as a BDR, as well as other career opportunities across the Company.  

We are currently looking for a BDR to help us develop a customer pipeline on the West Coast/Mountain Region with a specific focus on enterprise accounts. This position will be based out of our Framingham, MA headquarters, and may need to flex work hours due to the time difference.

What you'll do:

  • Articulate Rave’s solutions and value to potential prospects
  • Achieve call metrics and meeting goals
  • Develop territory strategy with Account Executives to penetrate market
  • Leverage existing technology and various modes of communication to reach potential prospects
  • Develop and implement new and creative outreach strategies
  • Share market feedback with Account Executives and Sales Management
  • Consistently track all outreach in Salesforce and HubSpot platforms

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of sales experience; experience calling on B2B enterprise accounts, preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • An optimistic outlook and a great sense of humor are much appreciated!
  • A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
