Responsibilities:
Understand Indigo’s brand and category, and how it is represented internally and externally
- Support making Indigo an important and "rooted for" brand through the development and execution of best-in-class experiences that include industry and consumer
- Take over management of Indigo branded swag and event signage with “library” of event tools in each office
- Develop event collateral section of brand guidelines
Learn about the landscape of corporate and ag conferences that exist
Establish a way for Indigo to show up at selected events/conferences and a process for Indigo evaluating post-participation
- Collaborate with PR to establish a company-wide event and conference calendar
- Connect with business leads to communicate conference and event attendance strategy
Become a link between Commercial and brand from an events standpoint creating consistency in look across seminars and bigger brand events
Take on full ownership of a 5-7k person 2020 event – leading the planning, management and logistics
- Manage and produce the Indigo event with 90% attendee satisfaction
- Generate enough event sponsorship and revenue to pay for the Indigo event

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of working in the event planning or experiential marketing
- Project management experience and/or event planning, required
- Experience working with agencies
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cross-functional roles
- Experience with event sponsorship, preferred
- Proven record of producing and executing world class events
