Job Duties: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing / CRM campaigns that educate on TripAdvisor's brand value proposition and drive stronger engagement and revenue. Create and coordinate messaging and copy for new and existing programs (email, promotions, site, mobile, etc.) that support TripAdvisor's expansion as a comprehensive planning and booking site. Work closely with other marketing and brand stakeholders to ensure seamless and optimized messaging that bring the core TripAdvisor benefits, essence, and values to life. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives throughout the company (e.g. new Brand Identity launch). Analyze the work plans for any projects including: schedule, budget, analytics, coordination with translations team, legal, finance, traffic and creative. Maintain relationships with external partners. Report and present on the success of campaigns against a series of defined metrics.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Communications, or a related field (employer will accept any combination of education, work experience, or training confirmed by a qualified evaluation provider to be equivalent to a Bachelor's degree); and three (3) years of post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include the following: 3 years of experience in marketing where customer marketing was main responsibility; demonstrable knowledge of designing and delivering marketing programs; demonstrable knowledge of email program management; demonstrable knowledge of designing, from scratch, a segmented/targeted communications program; demonstrable knowledge of project management skills; and demonstrable knowledge of writing business cases/modelling user scenarios.
