Who you are


You are a results-oriented self-starter. You understand that marketing is both an art and a science, and have equal parts affinity for data and creativity . You’ve helped build B2B marketing programs designed to brand awareness and drive target customers to action. You’re known for taking initiative, adept at launching and improving programs, identifying potential blockers and finding solutions. You’re wildly organized and process-driven, with a proven ability to manage multiple, complex programs at once. You’re a master collaborator, able to orchestrate big programs and work with a number of different stakeholders to get things done. You’re a super communicator, both written and verbal, and understand the importance of building campaigns/ programs based on target customers and their needs.  You have a proven track record of success and 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus in field marketing and lead generation. You have experience negotiating with vendors and managing budgets, defining what success looks like, measuring the effectiveness of the programs running and optimizing accordingly. Most of all, you are super energized to work for a fast-growing brand that’s changing the game in the alcohol industry.



What the role is


In this B2B Marketing Manager role, you will be an integral part of Drizly’s B2B Marketing team, responsible for managing Drizly’s retailer and supplier lead generation channels as well as in-store/co-marketing programs. You will oversee marketing campaigns from end to end, both improving on existing programs and building new ones from the ground up. 


You’ll be part of the leading e-commerce brand in the bevalc industry and will work closely with partners across the full lifecycle to drive lead generation and in-store/co-branded marketing programs. As Drizly continues to scale, this is a critical role in expanding the Drizly network and driving performance against our core business objectives.

In this role you will:

  • Own Drizly’s retailer and supplier demand generation campaigns including SDR program, direct mail, online campaigns, etc.
  •  Manage in-store marketing materials programs including signage, bags and gift bags, build supplier partnership/sponsorship opportunities
  • Create custom in-store campaigns with enterprise partners and in target markets
  •  Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budgets across lead generation and in-store marketing materials

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $78,800 per year - $92,700 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
