Jobcase is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who is collaborative and analytically minded to join the Employer Sales & Marketing team. You will handle marketing efforts for lead generation, website coordination, content curation/creation, sales collateral and brand awareness.

What you'll be doing here:

  • Stand up end to end lead generation platform/process/team to generate new deal set for growing sales teams
  • Liaise with Sales to understand customer needs, audience segments and associated value propositions
  • Develop multi channel demand generation strategy (SEM, social, content, email, etc.)
  • Focus on and deliver tangible results; establish measurement and KPIs for all channels
  • Own demand generation campaign performance & budgeting
  • Coordinate website content and releases
  • Drive and assist in creation and curation of B2B Marketing Content for use across campaigns, newsletters and the website
  • Work with Sales Enablement to generate Sales collateral aligned with Product Go to Market strategy and current marketing campaigns
  • Ensure Employer Brand Strategy is consistently applied and is maintained across all B2B marketing efforts

What you've done:

  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Online marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels. (Offline is great but not required!)
  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role
  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach
  • Demonstrated ability to build a marketing plan, measuring against KPIs and managing a significant marketing budget.
  • Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.
  • Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands

What you know:

  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
  • An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time
  • Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences
  • Ability to create and manage marketing strategies that breakthrough and create desired response from target audience
  • Work cross functionally with creative, brand, product and sales teams to deliver compelling and successful campaigns
