Are you a creative storyteller and expert communicator? Come re imagine the way the world does business as an Associate Marketing Communications Manager at Quick Base! 

 We’re expanding our corporate marketing and brand team to tell our story to a broader market—this individual will be a key contributor to that strategy. As an Associate Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll focus on sharing our story externally and nurturing our reputation to ultimately drive brand awareness and strengthen our position as a thought leader. You’ll do this by managing key marketing communications channels (social media, media outreach, etc.), creating relationships with key influencers, developing interesting, high-impact content and more.

 Responsibilities: 

• Manage and create content for brand social media channels in support of overall strategy; conduct ongoing monitoring of engagement/trends and regular reporting on performance.  

• Execute key public relations tactics, including writing press releases/bylines, collecting input for and drafting award submissions, regular reporting and coordinating day-to-day media activities with public relations agency. 

• Write content (including blog posts, website copy, ebooks and more) as needed to support content marketing, influencer marketing and thought leadership programs.  

• Support additional brand and content marketing programs as needed.  

 Requirements: 

• 3-4 years of experience managing brand social media channels and public relations, ideally at an agency or B2B tech company 

• Know a great story when you see it and know how to bring it to life through content and messaging 

• Proven track record of growing a social media presence 

• Resourceful with a can-do attitude—you naturally look up answers via Google, blogs, and help tools and see opportunities ahead of you rather than barriers
