Associate Manager, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities:

Marketing automation and data integration

• Serve as the primary Marketo administrator and other marketing technology
• Execute lead and data flows to help keep sales and marketing information reliable, valuable, and actionable
• Create marketing automations in support of campaign execution and lead flow
• Integrate new prospect and customer data sources
• Help test new channels and campaign strategies with tracking, data flows, and new technology

Reporting and analytics

• Report on marketing channel and campaign performance including email, paid search and social, organic search and social, webinars, partners, and events
• Explore marketing data to help our team with prioritization, strategy, and innovative campaign ideas
• Respond to high-priority analytics requests from our marketing, sales, product, and innovation teams

Qualifications:

• We’re looking for:
  • Marketo and Salesforce expert, ideally, Marketo certified
  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing operations/automation with knowledge of direct marketing principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or technology
• Bonus qualifications:
  • Experience with Bizible marketing attribution
  • Experience with Looker/SQL or Tableau
  • MBA or relevant master’s degree
