Who you are


You are a data-driven and problem-solving marketer with such excitement that you demonstrate your high-level experience of the digital market to drive results. You are well-versed in industry standard tools and know the technical skills needed for your own success in this role. You might even be an early adopter of new technologies that enable you to meet aggressive acquisition goals, but you know the difference between a shiny new thing and something that can tangibly optimize performance. Even when decisions need to be made on the fly, you are comfortable with iterating, but you also consistently execute high decision quality by using data and analytics.


You have a proven track record of Digital Marketing Success and have 6+ years of experience working with direct to consumer e-commerce companies or performance based marketing agencies. You have exciting, direct hands-on experience and are a SME in Paid Social, SEM, and other channels. You see us and know exactly where you want to have impact.



What the role is


In the Associate Director, Digital Marketing position you will be part of the small, but mighty marketing team. We need you to provide strategic digital media leadership and maximize new buyer growth in our digital channels.


The team prides itself on getting results and always demonstrating data to improve. This role will have an emphasis on the technical side of marketing to ensure we are properly reporting all results and optimizing performance. 

In this role you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership in short, and long term goals for digital channels, to improve performance
  • Direct and maximize new buyers within acquisition targets and budget constraint
  • Manage a small but mighty team by being a player/coach 
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance
  • Increase new buyers to meet aggressive targets in channels
  • Collaborate with data science team to design experiments and find optimization wins

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $113,400 per year - $133,400 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
