Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Social to join our team based in either our Boston, Massachusetts or Dania Beach, Florida office. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams across Creative and Marketing, as well as our external partners at Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms to ensure that we are meeting our ecommerce acquisition and customer development goals.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be able to meet deadlines, have an aptitude for analysis, and contribute ideas as well as campaign execution to the paid social media team.  Responsibilities include providing tactical support in implementing strategies and campaigns. You should be comfortable working with paid social media partners and constantly be aware of the latest paid social media trends and partner innovations and how they may impact or improve the Chewy paid social media campaign.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with Channel Leads across paid social media to understand campaign objectives, manage creative assets, define deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and manage a Marketing Calendar and briefs to align with larger company marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, perform deep dive analysis, and flag opportunities to grow or optimize performance across paid social media partners
• Keep our paid social media campaign up to date with the latest and greatest information from the site, from our internal partners, and industry trends/insights
• Constantly analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities
• Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Understand when (and why) to escalate issues

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in paid social media marketing in an agency or ecommerce setting
• Experience with paid social media networks, particularly Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
• A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self-starting mentality with the ability to problem solve and seek out help when needed
• Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks that requires ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
• Strong attention to detail
• A strong, positive, and pro-active attitude
• Position may require travel
