 Lovepop is looking for a talented marketer to join the consumer team and drive growth of our various performance marketing channels, including Paid Facebook, Paid Search Engine Marketing (i.e. Google), Amazon, and Direct Mail, and help develop offline and brand new channels. We need someone to both envision new ways of leveraging various performance marketing channels and also drive world-class execution to turn these ideas into reality.

What you'll do here:

  • Scale our performance marketing tools and solutions
  • Identify potential channels for testing and learnings
  • Identify go to market strategies and identify new consumer segments
  • Build strategy for new product launches including our licensed designs
  • Develop, deploy and optimize channel specific strategies and operating plans (constant wave of test/learn/iterate cycles)
  • Manage daily optimization of Facebook ads, SEM ads, Amazon Ads and others
  • Develop strategies that increase the efficiency across marketing channels by driving increased customer lifetime value
  • Build-out marketing metrics dashboards and establish benchmarks and targets for high level metrics (Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value, etc.) by channel, as well operating metrics that are used to guide daily/weekly spend decisions
  • Work with outside agencies and internal technologies to scale existing performance marketing programs and work with internal functional teams (i.e. merchandising and product) to enhance performance of existing programs (i.e. areas like Landing Page Optimization)
  • Manage acquisition marketing budgets, with an eye on driving increased scale at ever improving efficiency
  • Constantly thinking of NEW and exciting ways to drive new customer growth

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience, including advanced Paid Facebook advertising and SEM
  • Experience with SQL and pulling from a database is a plus
  • Experience launching new products and building marketing plans
  • Proficiency with the landscape of marketing infrastructure tools, marketing optimization tools and platforms (i.e. Facebook Power Editor and SEM bid optimization) and analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Google analytics)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics or MBA preferred

You'll be great if you have:

  • Experience using (and ideally setting up) advanced technologies to manage online marketing programs at scale
  • A deeply data driven mindset (comfortable in designing and interpreting analytical models to optimize various marketing efforts), with a strong test/learn/iterate mindset and possesses the ability to design A/B tests that yield statistical results to optimize Paid Marketing campaigns
  • E-Commerce experience preferred and comfortable targeting CPA goals and return on ad spend as key metrics (with a very Brand/Design centric company)
  • Experience running and scaling Facebook ad programs
  • Experience launching new products and go to market strategy
  • Have an endless supply of off the wall acquisition ideas
