PillPack is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and creative individual to join the marketing team and drive growth for the business. You will create the campaigns that help us reach new customers and help more families receive the highest quality of care.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON EVERY DAY?

We’re a collaborative bunch, and you’ll be joining a great team. You'll work closely with seasoned marketers, designers, and product managers, to grow our business. Your initial responsibility will be to drive Paid Search and Facebook growth through successful campaign management. This will include creating various campaigns, keyword research, creative testing, performance analysis and optimization. This is a great role for anyone with a strong analytical mind who also enjoys finding creative solutions to grow their channels.


WHAT KIND OF SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE?

You are a creative thinker with an analytical side -- or an analytical thinker with a creative side! You care about creating great customer experiences and a consistent brand message. You love spreadsheets, you pay close attention to detail, and are self-motivated. You're curious, passionate, and appreciate immediate feedback. You're always striving for tomorrow's performance to be stronger than today's.

SPECIFIC SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of paid search and/or social media experience in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with website optimization platforms (such as Optimizely) a plus
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics required
  • Comfortable analyzing data and creating actionable insights that drive growth
  • Monitor campaign performance and regularly share metrics & KPI’s
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Identify opportunities to grow traffic based on keyword and audience research
  • Develop SEM and Facebook strategies aligned with market opportunities and product improvements
  • Execute regular A/B ad copy, landing page, and bid model tests to gather user data and improve conversion
  • Creative problem-solver; willing to roll-up-your-sleeves to investigate new opportunities
