Marketing Manager, ABM

About You:
We’re looking for an experienced marketer to own our account-based marketing program, working closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to educate, engage and excite our strategic accounts.
There will be a strong emphasis on pipeline generation from a top target account list, identifying new target accounts, and accelerating existing opportunities.
The right candidate will have a builder mindset, a strong knowledge of B2B demand generation best practices, have a knack for developing and adapting sales enablement content, be digitally savvy, have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive program execution while managing the expectations of various stakeholders.
What skills do I need?
- 2-3 years of ABM experience, or 3-5 years of demand generation experience in the B2B/SaaS industry
- Experience in ABM platforms, like 6sense
- Knowledge and experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience crafting effective outreach messaging and marketing content
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Content, and Product teams and develop targeted programs that drive demand in key accounts to engage champions, decision makers, and other account stakeholders
- Own program execution including strategic planning, goal setting, budget, list management, follow up and reporting
- Gather intelligence on target accounts, and target account groups by industry, including account profiles, relevant business needs, and new contacts, and use the information to prioritize and design ABM campaigns
- Utilize intent data from our ABM platform to inform campaigns and prioritize target account groups
- Partner with product marketing and content teams to create targeted messaging and content that engages accounts based on account intel, vertical, relevant use cases, and personas
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to build ABM programs for customer expansion opportunities
- Deploy an integrated multi-channel programs approach that includes both on- and offline activities such as email, direct mail, display, account-based advertising, social, and virtual or in-person events
- Provide sales training, tools, and support including the creation of BDR email copy and scripts in support of campaigns; educate the team on ABM best practices
- Track and analyze results to show program effectiveness and continually refine for optimal ROI
