Job Description
As a member of the Corporate team, you will be a part of the backbone of a company that builds and brings to market artificial intelligence technologies, including natural language processing and cognitive computing. You will build best practices that will serve internal (and sometimes external) customers and business partners.
We're looking for a highly driven account-based marketer to join our growing marketing team. As an account-based marketing manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of ABM initiatives that drive awareness and engagement, generates new revenue and accelerates the sales cycle within key target accounts. Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and execute highly targeted (1:few and 1:1) Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programs to drive sales pipeline and advance sales opportunities for assigned accounts - leveraging multiple channels including email, video, digital advertising, direct mail, events, webinars, social and BDR outreach.
  • Partner with Sales Directors, and Business Development Representatives in cross functional teams to create and execute target account strategy for SD's top 25 accounts. Drive ABM strategy, messaging and plays that will effectively drive demand, account engagement and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Create, maintain and update tailored account engagement /ABM strategy for selected accounts.
  • Leverage intent and engagement data and industry best practices to optimize programs and plays for target accounts. Monitor, track and report on engagement of assigned accounts and results across all programs and campaigns; make recommendations based on analysis of results.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to create messaging and content that engage accounts based on vertical, use case and persona, etc.
  • Align 1:1 and 1: few ABM plays with Demand Gen programs to ensure timely and relevant follow up for engaged accounts.
  • Leverage marketing tech stack to drive ABM strategy and execution for target accounts, including but not limited to Demandbase, Sendoso, Vidyard and Outreach.
  • Create email copy and scripts for BDR team to leverage in support of campaigns; educate the team on best practices and use of various materials.
  • Ensure timely deployment of marketing initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines, and processes.


Qualifications Required

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 6+ years of enterprise marketing experience, with at least two years focused on Account Based Marketing.
  • Deep experience in marketing into enterprise level clients and working closely with sales organizations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, ABM tools and technologies (i.e. Demandbase, Vidyard, Sendoso, Terminus) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels including email, ads, web, social, events, and more
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive buy-in from sales and marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, and develop and apply new approaches, programs and techniques.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to drive strategy, act on your feet and make critical decisions.
  • Solid track record interfacing with internal & external constituents.
