About You:

As a growing startup, we are seeking an individual who displays the attitude, aptitude, and amplitude to not only get the job done but grow within the company.

We’re increasing our investment in B2B Account-Based Marketing and looking for someone to be a hands-on driver and owner of our ABM programs and campaigns for our SaaS product. You’re driven by data and analytics to support your ideas. We are seeking an individual who displays the attitude, aptitude, and amplitude to not only get the job done but grow within the company. What You’ll Do:

  • With the Head of Marketing, design, plan, execute and own deliverables on B2B ABM strategy
  • Partner with Sales Development Reps and Account Executives to speed expansion opportunities in the customer’s first twelve (12) months with MachineMetrics
  • Develop relationships with key customer contacts to create focused promotional marketing campaigns, determine lead qualification, and transition leads to the Sales team
  • Continuously improve upon current marketing strategies; e.g., design, plan, and execute marketing programs that support 1:1 and 1:many programs 
  • Be a team expert and user of our internal instance of our ABM automation platform and work with the Marketing team to deliver batch emails, contact nurturing, webinars, landing pages, and more
  • Leverage technology, marketing automation tools, dashboards, and other systems to improve efficacy of programs
  • Quantify outcomes using data/analytics and report to internal stakeholders
  • Be a Champion of our Core Values

What You’ll Have:

  • Deep understanding of B2B account-based marketing (ABM) and its strategies including relationship management, marketing automation and campaign-driven marketing approaches
  • Prior experience in grouping accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution, buying cycle and A/B testing
  • A bias for technology
  • Experience in CRM’s (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce); Demandbase, Marketo, LeanData, Engagio, Terminus, or similar
  • Startup experience is a nice-to-have

Other Requirements:

  • All qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • You'll need a valid driver’s license, passport, ability to travel without restriction and reliable transportation 
  • You may need to travel on short notice
