To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for an ABM Marketing Manager.
YOUR IMPACT
As the first ABM Marketing Manager at Mirakl, you will be instrumental in building out our ABM strategy and the implementation of this strategy. In this role, you will be leveraging data insights to draw account based insights and use those to develop multi-channel campaigns that create unique and memorable experiences for our target accounts depending on where they are in the customer journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop marketing content and programs focused on generating interest from targeted audiences; drive personalization and scale focused on segment, industry and persona
- Create and organize relevant content across many different formats - customer testimonials, white papers, e-books, webinars, persona development, along with sales collateral like pitch decks and case studies to be used in outbounding efforts
- Work collaboratively across all teams and serve as primary point of contact for all content and messaging for established target accounts
- Partner with BDR/Sales teams to position content for target accounts in outbound efforts dependent on stage of the buyer’s journey, location, competitive insights
- Develop a strategy for tracking intent and responses from target accounts to share with sales, marketing and leadership teams
- Leverage existing content to create social content and digital campaigns that educate and drive engagement with target accounts
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role; 3+ yrs in a ABM specific role
- Working knowledge of managing and optimizing the demand funnel from Inquiry & MQL through to SQL
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Experience working with and supporting BDR and Sales teams
- Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Salesforce, Terminus, Salesloft, Sendoso, Drift)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
