Marketing Operations Manager
BoardOnTrack is a rapidly expanding SasS start up and we’re looking for a bright, nimble, energetic, experienced, and tech savvy Marketing Operations Manager to run and optimize our marketing automation platform and support the Demand Gen team by executing effective email marketing and nurture programs, webinars and other lead generation campaigns that drive business results.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer our marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com, including execution and management of lead generation campaigns, email programs, nurture programs, customer communications, and the deployment of forms, fields, landing pages, blog content, webinars and various templates
- Build and execute effective email marketing programs focusing on optimizing user experience, open and click rates and deliverability
- Build lead nurturing programs to drive engagement and accelerate lead progression
- Carry out A/B testing on marketing campaigns to maximize results
- Institute lead scoring and routing methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales for qualification and for increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
- Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of our marketing program data
- Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of our marketing platform and be the system super-user, driving improvements and best practices
- Maintain data integration between our marketing automation platform and Salesforce
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate performance across all agreed upon marketing metrics and KPIs
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the CRO
Abilities Needed for Success:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a focus on B2B Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing
- Ability to track results of work completed and link to the company objectives
- Advanced user of Marketo or Hubspot and Salesforce (Marketo Certification, Hubspot Certification and system administration experience with Marketo, Hubspot and Salesforce.com is ideal)
- Deep expertise in email marketing
- Knowledge of web page design, online form data capture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress
