Marketing Manager
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work product and relevance to client decisions
- Lead client engagements -- which typically include developing an end-to-end marketing strategy, finding and prioritizing new opportunities for growth, uncovering product innovations, developing compelling positioning and messaging platforms, and pulling these strategies and ideas into marketing execution
- Apply your skills and experience in marketing to help clients (and ZS team members supporting you) improve their marketing acumen
- Lead market research and/or other analytic efforts to infuse the voice of the customer and other insights into our recommendations
- Apply the new tools in marketing -- from precision engagement and personalization to various applications of AI in our insights, strategy recommendation, and executional support
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within marketing projects and across practice areas
- Establish and maintain client relationships with key decision makers to drive new business development
- Drive intellectual capital and solution development, contributing to ZS's proprietary methodologies, innovative solutions, and overall practice capabilities through recruitment, training, and internal initiatives.
- Oversee project lifecycle from proposal development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality and profitability targets
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent field; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable
- 8+ years of marketing strategy experience ideally in consulting, or combination of consulting and market research
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership experience and executive-level presence
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- History of client impact and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- English fluency preferred
