The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, executing and measuring successful digital marketing programs that drive opportunities and closed business. This position requires a blend of digital marketing, demand generation, and content creation skills with hands-on experience and a proven ability to manage to milestones and goals, while increasing “lead to opportunity” volume, velocity and quality. You will manage the digital platforms and channels used to promote Sqrrl’s cybersecurity software and utilize analytics to understand and report out on metrics / ROI from campaigns. This individual will help educate the business on best practices in digital marketing, web content management, SEO and SEM optimization, email campaigns, and will also be responsible for driving the developing of new material, including white papers, infographics, e-books, case studies, videos, podcasts, press releases, among other web content. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in digital marketing in the security industry, with prior success planning and executing programs utilizing segment-specific marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will have a proven track record of running effective buyer and influencer-oriented campaigns that result in improved marketing productivity and sales pipeline. This individual requires a strong track record of hands-on experience and driving successful campaign results. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the execution of campaigns and tactics that meet objectives across email marketing, live/recorded webinars, physical events, content syndication,
  • SEO and SEM, surveys, customized demand generation programs and additional channels as necessary.
  • Develop and execute nurturing programs for early and mid-stage leads.
  • Manage content strategy and assets, utilizing them for maximum impact across the buyer journey.
  • Ensure effective implementation and configuration of Salesforce, Hubspot, and website to align with internal processes, segmentation and metrics.
  • Contribute to the optimization of the website as a lead generation channel.
  • Capture and analyze key metrics, providing post campaign analyses and reporting, working with the business development and sales teams to optimize performance and ROI for all marketing programs.
  • Leverage marketing automation – Hubspot to develop, launch, manage and measure lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Own and manage the day-to-day operation of marketing automation processes and tools, which includes data import, data management, customer segmentation and targeting activities as well as KPIs and reporting.
  • Manage the integration of Hubspot and Salesforce, aligning with the business development and sales teams to ensure proper transfer and measurement of leads across the full sales funnel.
  • Manage paid social and other media buys for measurable impact.
  • Grow audiences & leads through inbound methodology.
  • Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong experience and familiarity with Hubspot and its integration across various digital platforms
  • Experience integrating various technologies including SFDC to support marketing efforts
  • Hungry to learn, measure and improve rapidly
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task while driving results
  • Agile; thrives in a fast-paced, constantly shifting environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to work as a member of the team while providing leadership through creativity, tenacity, flexibility, dependability
