Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Sponsorship Consulting to work with our Fortune 500 clients and use your experience working with in-depth NFL experience to manage strategic, integrated brand marketing and activation campaigns with our roster of clients.

You will lead a junior team of experienced marketers in developing, executing, and measuring performance of NFL activation programs. Successful employees will approach unexpected challenges quickly and creatively.

You will report into the Director, Sponsorship Consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate the NFL & NCAA ecosystems

  • Effectively lead and collaborate with teams from different offices around the country

  • Understanding and experience with the broader sponsorship landscape is helpful (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, WNBA, F1, etc.) – specifically NFL and NCAA

  • Prior experience/knowledge of FinTech / Banking and/or Consumer Electronics categories

  • Knowledge of and experience with the full marketing mix, social media, content marketing, influencer approaches, and marketing promotions

  • Manage a team of professionals with an ability to inspire best-in-class work and cultivate careers for rising stars

  • Develop client solutions and be able to present to the most senior levels

  • Establish relationships with client leaders and grow revenue through astute knowledge of cross-selling organizational capabilities

  • Collaborate with sanctioning bodies and rightsholders to help develop marketing partnerships

  • Write and develop documents including POV documents to client-ready status

  • Negotiate with local and national rightsholders on behalf of clients, securing win-win agreements

  • Occasional travel is required (up to 25%) including weekends and occasional holidays

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years directly related experience in sports marketing

  • Minimum 2 years experience working within NFL and/or NCAA landscape

  • BA/BS in Marketing related field

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
