CloudHealth Technologies is seeking an experienced hands-on software engineering manager who has a passion for developing software that solves real world customer problems. You Will:

• Delivering software development projects including resourcing, goal setting, and developer career development.
• Working within a project team to accomplish all the deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (design, development, testing, and implementation).
• Working closely with directors of engineering, product owners, and core team members to drive the efficient completion of new features.
• Evaluating final results of projects/products to assure accomplishment of technical objectives and requirements.
• Actively participating in the development of the strategic plans
• Driving continuous improvement in design activities to increase team capacity and reduce development cycle time.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing the engineers to ensure success of the team.

You Have:

• 3-5 years as a Software Development Manager with multiple direct reports
• 5-7 years as a Software Development Engineer
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile development
• Hands on experience in delivering SAAS applications
• Hands on experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery methods and practices
• Deep understanding of Cloud Computing principles and practices
• Experience in delivering highly scalable products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Spark, AngularJS, Java
• Experience delivering solutions with containers
• Good understanding of DevOps
