- For the other new Legal Assistant: you will handle a caseload of matters after arbitration awards have been entered, analyzing & recommending next actions. You will communicate with Forward Financing’s network of outside attorneys, review legal drafts before outside counsel sends them to court, oversee our case inventory to ensure it is being properly worked, undertake performance evaluations of outside attorneys, and relay major case milestones to our customer service department. This position reports to our Legal Recovery Manager.
