About the team and role:
Our GTM Enablement team supports 1000+ sales and customer success professionals driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded companies in the SaaS industry. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, real-time, and consistent resource for the Sales and CS Teams, and empowering them to do their jobs more efficiently while growing their skill set and enabling Klaviyo's long term strategy.
As Klaviyo continues to scale globally, we are seeking a strategic and operationally minded professional to serve as the Lead Program Manager, Enablement Operations within our GTM Enablement team. This role is critical to our ability to scale enablement efforts efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing our learning technology stack, streamlining program administration processes, and developing a data strategy that drives informed decision-making across the GTM organization.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something special. Your contributions will provide the foundation for scaling our outputs without adding incremental headcount. Over time, this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position for those who demonstrate significant impact.
How you'll make a difference:

  • Own and Manage the Learning Tech Stack: Oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System (CMS), and other relevant admin tools to support the global GTM team.
  • Streamline Program Administration: Develop and maintain efficient processes for managing program operations, including coordinating schedules, ensuring accurate communications, and managing invitations. While manual today, the right candidate will have a strategy to automate as much of this as possible over time.
  • Develop and Implement a Data Strategy: Create and execute a data strategy that supports the enablement team in using common language and measurement techniques, ensuring consistency and scalability in our enablement efforts.
  • Enable Automation: Identify opportunities to automate program administration tasks, enhancing efficiency and reducing the need for incremental headcount.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Leverage learning data to continuously improve the quality and impact of our programs, working closely with the Sr. Director of GTME to align on strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with field enablement, sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our systems and processes meet the needs of the business and contribute to overall success.

Who you are:

  • Proven Experience: 7+ years in a systems, operations, or related role within a high-growth, global organization.
  • Technically Savvy: Strong understanding of learning management systems, content management systems, and project management tools.
  • Process-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Data-Driven: Experience in developing data strategies and using data to drive decision-making and program improvements.
  • Collaborative Leader: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to drive projects to completion.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing ambiguity with confidence.
