About the Role

Chainlink is seeking a senior institutional strategist and communicator to lead how its infrastructure platform is positioned with global financial stakeholders. This hybrid role blends capital markets research, thematic communications, and strategic engagement—ideal for professionals experienced in crafting deep-dive research content and building relationships across capital markets, including product strategists, consultants, and analysts.

You will develop and deliver high-impact narratives around tokenization, interoperability, and the modernization of financial infrastructure. A key responsibility will be to engage and educate the growing cohort of digital asset and crypto research analysts at institutional firms—ensuring they understand and accurately represent Chainlink’s role in powering secure, cross-chain, and real-world financial systems.

This is a highly collaborative, externally facing role supporting Chainlink leadership in major communications initiatives, briefings, and market education efforts.

Your Impact
  • Lead Institutional Narrative: Define and evolve how Chainlink is positioned across macro themes like real-world asset integration, cross-chain settlement, and financial infrastructure transformation

  • Develop Capital Markets Content: Create and manage high-quality, institutional-facing communications, including:

    • Strategic ecosystem decks, infrastructure explainers, and macro/thematic primers

    • Research-style reports, messaging frameworks, Q&A documents, and executive briefing packs

    • Materials tailored for institutional audiences including product teams, consultants, and research platforms

  • Target Analyst Ecosystem: Build focused messaging and content specifically for digital asset and crypto research analysts at institutional firms, helping them cover Chainlink with clarity and depth

  • Maintain and Grow Analyst Relationships: Build and sustain strong working relationships with financial and market analysts to ensure consistent, accurate, and insightful coverage of Chainlink’s infrastructure and ecosystem developments

  • Support Executive-Level Engagements: Collaborate with senior leadership on high-impact communications, capital markets panels, and strategic briefings for financial institutions and research platforms

  • Ensure Strategic Alignment: Work closely with product, business development, legal, and marketing teams to ensure all external messaging is technically accurate, legally scoped, and institutionally resonant

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in capital markets communications, research strategy, or institutional marketing, ideally within fintech, infrastructure, or digital assets

  • Experience producing thematic or initiation-style reports, primers, or macro narratives tailored to institutional audiences

  • Familiarity with institutional research teams, analyst workflows, and communications cycles at leading global investment banks, asset managers, and market intelligence firms

  • Exceptional communication skills — able to convert complex infrastructure concepts into concise, engaging narratives for professional financial audiences

  • Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, tokenized asset systems, cross-chain protocols, and the foundations of onchain finance

Preferred:
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise technology environments

  • Familiarity with digital asset research functions at institutions and how they interface with infrastructure platforms

  • Direct experience engaging with research analysts, capital markets consultants, or institutional communications teams

  • Knowledge of themes such as programmable finance, stablecoin settlement, RWA issuance, and blockchain-based market infrastructure
