This architect plays a crucial role in shaping the technology landscape, driving innovation, and reducing technical debt. Enterprise Architects at Humana not only discuss best practices and strategy, but we also deliver EA products and services which drive the entire organization forward.
What You'll Do:
Develop the Capability Model Experience which provides tools and acceleration for each architect persona.
Network and align with each architecture group on standards and governance.
Define and deliver on our Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS) roadmap to meet Objectives and Key Results.
Understand and incorporate key strategy elements from partners and customers.
Unlock our ability to connect business objectives to technology strategy and assets.
Collaborate with architects and senior leaders to define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision, prioritize features and deliver all the goodness that comes with a world-class EAMS implementation.
Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 10 years of IT experience.
- five years' experience in a role with enterprise impact such as application, domain, or security architecture, ready to navigate complex ecosystems and drive technical consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise Architecture Framework Certifications
- Experience leveraging 1 or more Enterprise Architecture Management Systems

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
