Ready to be a Titan?
As a Lead Development Representative (LDR), you are the engine that fuels our professional development program and drives productivity across the sales organization. You will serve as a crucial member of the Sales Development (XDR) team, with the ultimate goal of developing the skills necessary to be promoted into a full-time XDR position.
Your work directly impacts the efficiency of our sales teams by handling the critical research and enrichment tasks that allow sellers to focus on the biggest and best accounts.
Why You'll Love This Role:
A Clear Path to Promotion: This is a 4-month contract position designed with a specific goal: if you are successful, you will have the opportunity to interview to be promoted to a full-time XDR role at the end of the term.
Invested Mentorship: You are treated as a core member of the XDR team, reporting directly to an XDR Manager with weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, mentorship from your Team Leads, and dedicated time focused on call coaching and your development.
Strategic Impact: You play a pivotal role in database enrichment, increasing personalization and reducing "cross-over pipeline" errors, ensuring our XDRs are speaking to the right prospects at the right time .
Culture & Recognition: You will be fully integrated into the XDR culture, participating in team rituals, recognition programs, spiffs, and competitions .
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Your primary focus is on inputs—enriching contacts and accounts to reduce the administrative burden on XDRs by approximately 30%. You will be held to clear, consistent expectations through structured daily KPIs.
Market Research & Strategy: You will build the foundation for sales success by researching approximately 16 target companies per day, identifying key decision-makers and confirming the right contact details for outreach.
Strategic Intelligence: You will uncover the "Why You, Why Now" for high-potential clients, gathering the specific business insights needed to personalize our message and stand out in the market.
Direct Engagement: You will build confidence and communication skills by making ~10 targeted calls daily to verify information and gather critical details directly from prospective accounts.
Creative Content Creation: You will exercise your writing skills by drafting high-impact, personalized emails and voicemail scripts designed to break into our top-tier opportunities.
Focused Collaboration: You will partner directly with sales leadership to prioritize high-value lists and accounts, ensuring your time and effort are spent on the opportunities with the highest potential.
Career Roadmap: You will manage your own professional development using a transparent "Promotion Scorecard," which gives you a clear checklist of exactly what is required to advance to the next level of your career.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
We are looking for future sales leaders who are eager to learn and ready to put in the work to master the fundamentals of prospecting.
Coachability: A desire to learn from sales leadership and Team Leads during weekly coaching and development sessions.
Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately validate contact details (email/phone) and ensure data integrity within our systems.
Drive for Results: A commitment to hitting structured daily KPIs that are measured, tracked, and celebrated.
Organizational Skills: ability to manager your time, tasks and duties in a exceptionally organized manner.
Communication Skills: You will be preparing to learn general sales messaging and product features, so strong written and verbal communication foundations are essential.
Sales Drive: Possess a strong long-term career ambition in sales and a consistent drive for daily, incremental performance improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ambition to build a successful, long-term sales career, constantly seeking to outperform targets and improve by 1% each day.
Our Investment in Your Success:
We view the LDR role as an investment in teaching you to become a future sales professional.
Comprehensive Training: You will receive weekly training dedicated to both in-role success and preparation for career advancement.
Skill Development: By the end of your term, you will have mastered our Ideal Customer Profile, our technology stack, sales messaging, and product fit.
Performance Review: We utilize Monthly Development Reviews to track progress and align on goals to ensure you are on track for promotion.
Career Acceleration: If you exceed expectations, we will introduce advanced development training early to fast-track your growth.
Hybrid Schedule: Our policy states that if you are within ~40 miles (or 64 km if in Canada) of a Hub office, you will be required to go to the office 1-2 days a week.
A Note on the Application & Hiring Process: When you submit your application for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) position, your candidacy will be considered for all available SDR opportunities across our entire organization, which includes ServiceTitan and its key subsidiaries: Aspire, FieldRoutes, and Convex.
Our dedicated recruiting team operates centrally to review candidates for these multiple sales verticals. This ensures your application receives maximum exposure and that we match your skills and career interests to the team with the greatest business need and best fit.
The final hiring decision and offer of employment will specify the exact company (ServiceTitan, Aspire, FieldRoutes, or Convex) and sales vertical you will be supporting.
