What You’ll Do  

Data Migration Leadership

  • Partner with the Accenture implementation team to design, manage, and execute the end-to-end data migration workstream for the Plan to Deliver domain.
  • Develop a comprehensive data migration plan that includes scope, sequencing, transformation rules, validation cycles, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the development of data conversion objects, mapping logic, transformation rules, and testing requirements for migration into Oracle Cloud. Design and oversee custom reporting and visualization solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead workshops and meetings with business teams to gather data requirements and document key data elements across Device Fulfillment and Plan to Deliver processes
  • Collaborate with IT, business leads, and system integrators to ensure business rules and requirements are accurately reflected in the data migration design
  • Guide and coordinate data cleansing activities, ensuring ownership, accountability, and quality standards are met

Data Analysis & Assessment

  • Assess current-state data processes and readiness for migration, identifying gaps, quality issues, and system dependencies
  • Define and document cleansing, enrichment, and validation requirements to ensure high-quality data enters Oracle Cloud
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream integration impacts and ensure alignment across systems

Strategic Planning & Framework Development

  • Develop and maintain a structured data migration governance framework outlining roles, responsibilities, checkpoints, and communication standards
  • Ensure alignment of data migration activities with the broader Oracle Cloud program roadmap and organizational supply chain objectives
  • Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks early, and drive resolution strategies to maintain quality and momentum

Project Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead recurring coordination meetings with both internal teams and Accenture to communicate status, issues, risks, and action plans
  • Manage execution of data migration cycles, including mock conversions, validation efforts, defect resolution, and cutover readiness
  • Support SIT and UAT cycles by ensuring accurate data availability, validating test outcomes, and resolving data-related issues promptly
  • Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements for accuracy, completeness, and operational use
What You Bring  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, ERP transformation, or data management
  • Understanding of Plan to Deliver processes and device fulfillment workflows
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud or SAP, including data migration methodologies
  • Strong skills in data mapping, cleansing, validation, and governance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with system integrators on large-scale ERP or cloud transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules and data structures
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in complex or ambiguous environments
