The Merchandise Intern/Co-op works within the Shark Ninja Trade Marketing team to support fundamental tasks involved in the POS development process. You will have an exposure to current retail environments, a customer service mindset, and an understanding of merchandising trends. 

With a focus on all accounts the Intern/Co-op will be responsible for assisting in the day-to day tasks associated with the development and execution of the retail merchandising strategy for all SharkNinja Brands. You will partner and support the Trade Merchandising Managers to help coordinate and execute company – wide initiatives related to all temporary, corrugated, and permanent retail merchandising programs.

Responsibilities: 

· Assist with management of all departmental purchase and sample orders. 

· Assist with the Display forecast in conjunction with the sales, supply, and demand teams. 

· Assist Trade Marketing Manager with account specific needs. 

· Develop instruction sheet manuals for in-store service and account labor teams

· Monitor and report in store service compliance on an ongoing basis.

· Manage merchandising tool kit including sell sheets, creative assets, visual forms, display SKU’s, etc.

· Work with cross functional teams to obtain and maintain tracking for budgetary purposes.

· Act as liaison to provide external vendors with detailed product specifications, creative assets, and account specific detail. 

· Develop / Manage Visual Merchandising Guides based on account specific requirements. 

· Assist Trade Marketing Manager with display design and development. 

· Update merchandising presentations with supervision of Merchandising Manager / Sr Manager. 

· Monitor display orders and shipping reports. 

· Support other projects as needed.

Experience: 

· Pursuing a degree in visual merchandising, marketing or similar

· 2021 grads will be considered

· Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies 

· Exceptional communication skills, including writing and collaboration abilities 

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must 

· Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross department networking 

· Conscientious, strong attention to detail, self-starting 

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel

· Must be able to work 6 months, full time

· This position will be remote with the ability to go to the office in Needham, MA for meetings
