The Systems Innovation Team is an interdisciplinary team of business, science, and technology professionals that drive radical change in agriculture through new systems of farming. The co-op will support members of the Systems Innovation Team on projects related to The Terraton Initiative, The Terraton Experiment, The Terraton Challenge, Indigo Research Partners, and other company initiatives. The co-op will support and lead tasks related to data management, technology landscaping, CRM, and more. The Systems Innovation Team is looking to hire multiple co-ops, please apply if you fit at least 2/3 of the competencies for the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and coordinate experiments related to The Terraton Experiment, The Terraton Challenge, and Indigo Research Partners
  • Develop processes and trackers in Systems Innovation using Excel, Google Data Studio, Python, or similar tools
  • Develop landscapes of different agriculture technology spaces by defining the problem, opportunity, solution, and key players in the space
  • Contact third party companies to understand partnership opportunities and their technology
  • Clearly communicate key leanings to other members of the Systems Innovation Team
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams within Indigo to understand pain points, assumptions, and outcomes o Manage and expand a database of existing landscapes and thought leaders
  • Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track existing and potential partnerships
  • Implement best practices related to CRM and Salesforce
  • Fulfil ad-hoc requests from members of the Systems Innovation Team with manager approval

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
