If you want meaningful real-world experience where you own your growth and results, let’s tackle some meaty challenges together. The Systems team at Drift evolves the internal tech stack supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Partner Success and many other teams.
We want you to bring your unique experience and specialities and to have a great time!
What you’ll be doing on the team:
By one month you'll:
- Learn and collaborate in documenting Drift’s rules of engagement (“ROE”) across “direct” Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Partner Sales.
- Own the #bizops channel and related requests, becoming the go-to person for front-line teams across the company.
By month 3 you'll:
Take ownership of key system health metrics (e.g., duplicate records).
Provide suggestions for scaling #bizops and enabling more self-service or eliminating root causes of routine requests.
- Autonomously ship many new features and capabilities in Salesforce and beyond.

You are positive, creative, curious, and aren’t afraid to ask a lot of questions.
You are excited to learn and develop Salesforce and other systems in our tech stack.
You’re dedicated to your craft and want to work amongst a team that will inspire you on a daily basis.
You can take candid feedback well and are looking to grow your skill sets.
You are detail oriented and organized.
You love listening to customers, discussing the big picture with colleagues, and also diving into the weeds.
You enjoy learning the perspectives of others.
You are ready to make an immediate impact in week 1.
