• Working closely with senior leadership to define and deliver one or two high business value projects to work on during the summer
• Utilize your analytical skill-set to evaluate strategic choices within these projects  that will  maximize the impact on the business (think ROI on time spent)
• Directly oversee and manage delivery of project execution including coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage, organize, and cultivate appropriate dataset(s) to measure ongoing performance and provide recommendations based on those outcomes Perform any root cause analyses to remove any barriers to project’s successful implementation
• Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to collaborate and drive execution of summer project(s)

• Current MBA candidate or other similar graduate school candidate in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Math, CS, Data Science, Etc.)
• 3+ years of proven analytical experience and ability to work with large data sets
• Proficient in quantitative analysis; you can deep dive into large amounts of data (100 MM+ row data sets), draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues and draw actionable conclusions
• Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem solving abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
• Strong business consulting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficient with SQL or other similar Query Language; Python knowledge a plus
• Experience with data visualization (e.g. Tableau) a plus
