About the Team:

Intralinks SRE team is considered a guardian of the applications runtime of the production environment. The main driving factor of the team is to ensure uninterrupted services to Intralinks’ clients.

SRE team being developers themselves, help the R&D with the root cause analysis, work on the operational tasks and automate monitoring and alerting that will minimize the MTTD and MTTR.

As an Intern on our team you will:

• Work on incidents and customer issues and helping other team members research incidents
• Build and update Status page io dashboards
• Adding business critical functions in Alertsite
• Refactor Alerts in Pager duty, Splunk and Zabbix

Required Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

• Knowledge of various application and transport protocols
  • http(s), jms and etc
  • tcp, udp
• Scripting experience and proficiency in one of the major scripting languages (shell, python, etc.)
