Job Overview:
The role of the Sales Training Intern will be to support the Global Sales Training Team in creating more efficient processes, researching new training methods, and to help execute sessions with coordinating calendars and set up. There is never a dull moment on the Sales Enablement Team and if you are looking for a role where you can make a very real impact everyday, this is the team/internship for you.
This unique internship is designed for someone who is interested in teaching/coaching or some type of sales management, leadership or public speaking role. This role isn’t just about helping the training team, you will get the opportunity to execute communication and meetings with top players and executives across the company -- you will learn skills and create relationships with roles that most people don’t. You will get to shadow training to learn the in’s and out’s of sales, coaching and training adults in an international company. You will learn and hone skills that can help you in all areas of life, school and your career going forward.

Responsibilities/Internship Expectations:
Ideate and execute fun and innovative ways to engage the target audience.
Write program overviews and additional communication such as session recaps & corresponding content post training sessions.
Manage content in google drive ensuring everything is up to date and accurate: work with Sales enablement team to help organize their content.
Maintain strong attention to detail when proofing all materials.
Research new and innovative training materials including creative input for developing content
Coordinates and schedules Sales training calendar and logistics. Communicates out the calendar for the right players.
Support classroom training events, including coordination and set-up (national & international), and grading.
Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Sales Training team and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & G-Suite (Any graphic design skills and Photoshop skills a plus)
