Job Description

Rapid7 is looking for a Sales Enablement Intern with the desire to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative, and successful sales and marketing team. In this role, you would work closely with all members of sales and marketing to define, create, and deliver the training needed to support the extended go-to-market organizations. You will be involved in organizing live training events, digital learning activities, and optimizing sales & marketing content, and more. You’ll expand your resume by becoming an expert in project/task management (Asana), content management platform (Highspot), learning management system (Cornerstone) and task/workflow management tool (JIRA). You will also be working with the latest communications software (Slack) and office productivity (Google Drive).

As the Sales Enablement intern, you will:

  • Scheduling of training events
  • Calendar and email request management
  • Coordinate logistics for room reservations
  • Schedule speakers and subject matter experts for training events
  • Uploading content to Learning Management System
  • Updating content to ensure it is in its newest format
  • Tools tracking and reporting
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Own and coordinate everything on the Enablement calendar
  • Schedule and run monthly wrap
  • Inventory and report on the usage of marketing collateral
  • Distribute/manage licenses to numerous sales sourcing tools
  • Act as the liaison liaison between sourcing tool CSMs and sales team (linkedIn, Rainking, ZoomInfo, and more)
  • Creating and formatting tests and curriculums for trainings within the Learning Management Systems
  • Enroll sales teams into defined training curriculum
  • Coordinate with Talent and Acquisition for onboarding for new hire employees in the sales organization
  • Schedule and plan new hire training events and act as point person for all new hires during their training
  • Coordinate enablement requirements and activities with international teams


You need to have:

  • A highly collaborative, positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills (and writing samples)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sales and marketing
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
  • Video production skills (or an interest in learning!)
