Sales Development Intern

As an intern on the acquisitions sales team you will be involved in a multitude of projects impacting each of our individual business units. In conjunction with your participation in said projects – you will be involved in all BDR enablement provided during you time in the program. This includes, but is not limited to, team meetings, film clubs (where we review inbound and outbound calls made by our org), Sandler training, and sessions led by our internal enablement organization.
The role will be a mix of inbound call handling, outbound activity (call and email), and internal team support. Our inbound team receives over 50 leads per day – by phone, email, and webinar. In this role you may be asked to qualify those leads and determine their eligibility for a premier partnership. For outbound activity you may be asked to establish primary dealer inventory feeds for franchise and independent dealerships – as well as pushing registrations for local events, setting up product demonstrations, and becoming a driving force behind our marketing team. In terms of internal support – this will give you exposure to Salesforce and our in house tools/processes. Supporting the sales team may include account clean ups, contact/lead prospecting, and overall salesforce hygiene maintenance.

- CarGurus Dashboard login/walkthroughs for potential returning & net new clients
- Inventory feed setup for franchise stores and large independent dealerships
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Dealership trials - outreach, communication, qualification
- Driving Registrations for regional/national events
