Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position has 3 focus areas:

  • Sales Pipeline

    • Be responsible top of the funnel list building

    • Qualify inbound and outbound inquiries through direct outreach and research.

    • Generate and influence new business through inbound and outbound activities.

    • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists and sales plays within a defined territory

    • Engage and inspire prospects through outreach

  • Operations

    • Learn and oversee leads in Salesforce

    • Manage Commercial team reporting for the weekly company overview. 

    • Actively participate in weekly pipeline review meetings and discuss updates. 

  • Marketing and Demand Generation

    • Work closely with Marketing to create and prioritize strategic target account lists and sales plays within a defined territory that will contribute to our business growth.

    • Create outreach content and support campaigns

    • Create and deliver on campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team

    • Monitor spending and create cost analysis of campaigns

    • Create content with marketing for longer term campaigns

    Qualifications

    FlyMate Skills and Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of previous sales or operations experience (internships are acceptable)

    • Fully proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

    • Previous prospecting experience is a plus

    • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

    • Extremely organized and detail oriented 

    • Have a competitive spirit, are resourceful, and self motivated.

    • Creative and successful in working through ambiguity. 

    • Demonstrate a “Win as a Team” attitude and see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles

    • Can be coached

    • Have the desire to build something from the beginning
