Revenue Operations Intern
The Revenue Excellence Operations (REO) team is the business process and support arm of the global GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations organization. The team is responsible for all strategy and operations to accelerate revenue for Carbon Black. We are looking for a summer intern to support Carbon Black’s data-driven sales organization. You’ll provide actionable analytical insights into our competition, markets, partners and customers to support key business decisions at the global, regional and business unit levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategic summer projects that will directly impact the day-to-day growth of the business.
What You’ll Do
Deal desk support: Development of assessment skills tests with Deal Desk Manager
Cross functional support: Interface with finance to establish gaps in Sales team training relative to booking packages from customers
Collect data to find gaps within current business processes relative to our Sales process
Understand and document such business processes
Additional projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, business, or other quantitative fields of study
Strong problem-solving skills, sharp business judgment, and ability to see past the noise
