Position Summary 

The Marketing Assistant/Intern will support the Regional Marketing Lead in execution and delivery of a variety of events and activities. 

The emphasis is on demand generation, event support and opportunity acceleration through indirect and direct channels in alignment with corporate objectives and strategies. The role requires attention to detail, ability to learn fast, willingness to support across multiple projects and strong organisational skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the regional marketing strategy and reporting processes across DACH.
• Support with the creation and execution of regional demand generation programs
• Assist with the management of third party suppliers for events, demand gen initiatives and branded giveaways

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Effective team working skills, able to collaborate successfully on complex projects
• Positive demeanour with self-starter energy and resourcefulness
• Good interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to multitask on several projects at the same time
• A self-starter with the energy, growth mindset and extreme ownership required for a hyper growth start-up
• Good grasp of Microsoft or Google tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs, Slides etc. Ability to learn new technology tools quickly.

Desirable

• Experience in Digital Marketing, especially with tools such as Salesforce, Asana and HubSpot.
• Experience in Events Organisation
