Mission for the Role
The role of the Project Management Co-Op is to support the implementation and tracking of keys stages from the Indigo Stage Gate Product Development Process. The Co-Op will work closely with the Project Management and other R&D teams to support project management activities and tracking and ensure the organization of Indigo Stage Gate Central and the Project Management SharePoint sites through daily interaction with the project managers and project teams. The Co-Op will also work closely with the Project Management team to increase their daily efficiency through the widespread use of templates and reporting tools.
Key Outcomes for the Role

  1. Maintain a portion of Indigo Stage Gate Central to memorialize gate meeting decisions and materials and ensure wide spread company use and adoption
  2. Ensure real-time tracking of nominations through the current tracking document while helping develop a system to capture source data to develop an automated solution
  3. Maintain Project Management SharePoint sites to facilitate template storage, project statuses, dashboard updates, and general data organization
  4. Maintain the list of active projects so that they are consistent and current while developing reporting tools to summarize project details and status
  5. Create and update tools and templates to increase time savings of the PM team by >20%

 
Background

  • Anticipated B.S./B.A. in a science or engineering field with a strong interest in project management
  • Experience with data management or Microsoft Project is a plus

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
