Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of sales reporting strategy
  • Assist with development of Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Help develop integrated reporting between Salesforce and data points in other systems
  • Development of compelling business plans and analyses
  • Support key strategic initiatives, core to Indigo’s vision in sales operations and enablement
  • Manage projects with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement business processes and systems
  • Support creation of new business models across multiple geographies and clusters
  • Build and maintain standardized Salesforce reports and regularly train business users on best practices
  • Collaborate with Data Science and other sales ops members to refine customer prioritization and segmentation

  • Knowledge of options and trading is beneficial but not required

Qualifications:

  • 1st year MBA candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, sales operations or marketing
  • Advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Familiarity with at least 1 BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.)

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
