The People Strategy MBA Intern will play a significant role across the Indigo organization to help with a variety of People-related strategic projects and will own a discrete high priority strategic project for the People team in 2019.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a high priority strategic project for the Indigo People team (e.g., diversity and inclusion strategy, health and wellness, internal sustainability)
  • Assist in developing robust talent analytics to informing recruiting / retaining top talent
  • Assist in refining Indigo’s campus strategy to build our talent brand recognition and reputation
  • Assist Indigo business leaders in developing organizational strategies that are directly aligned with business goals (e.g., growing salesforce team, building teams in international markets)
  • Assist People leadership in preparing critical analyses and materials for CEO and Board
  • Contribute thoughtful input on other People team initiatives (e.g., talent brand, culture)

Qualifications:

  • MBA candidate
  • Consulting, strategy or analytical professional experience preferred
  • Agriculture experience not necessary

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
