Responsibilities:

  • Lead ad-hoc strategic projects alongside of the Head of Strategy & Ops and the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Pro-actively identity gaps and opportunities in reporting to inform insightful and real-time decision making
  • Work with the Marketing Analytics team build ad-hoc reports
  • Identity and conquer project bottlenecks by establishing and implementing processes
  • Able to identify areas of opportunity and problems and design a plan or process to increase efficiency and solve problems
  • Build SOP’s around repeatable marketing activities

  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong story building and PowerPoint skills
  • Able to draft meeting ready versions of presentations to support strategic initiatives
  • Self-starter and ability to work with little guidance, takes ownership of work
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to requirements to complete projects
  • Strong interest in Indigo’s mission and helping company to execute to achieve goals
  • Strong desire to learn and develop skill sets
  • Able to manage ambiguity and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Highly organized and able to multitask

Qualifications:

  • 1st year MBA candidate
  • Marketing, consulting and/or strategy/business development experience preferred
  • Agriculture experience not necessary
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a positive and team-oriented way whether as a project lead or as a contributor

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
