Responsibilities: 

  • Own a high priority strategic project for the Indigo Future of Work team (e.g., deploy world-class Manager/Leadership training program, elevate Performance Management etc.) 
  • Scale skills inventory across Indigo and engage leadership to ensure adoption within businesses 
  • Assist with development of career paths for key business functions (e.g., recruitment, R&D) 
  • Modernize critical processes such as goal setting and performance management 
  • Recommend ways to embed learning into everyday work through leading edge tools and systems

  • Comfortable with ambiguous problems  
  • Own a workstream independently - build work plan, analyze data, and communicate effectively 
  • Strong relationship orientation; able to work across multiple functions and levels

Qualifications: 

  • MBA candidate with 3+ years of professional experience 
  • Strong track record of performance 
  • Passion for behavioral economics, people operations, and learning and development 
  • Startup experience is a plus 
  • Agriculture experience not necessary

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
