The Corporate Development Intern and the Corporate Development organization will play a significant role in and across the Indigo organization to help with a variety of strategic projects and initiatives, acting as internal consultants.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans for novel businesses that would be core to Indigo's strategic positioning within 5 years
  • Evaluate various business model choices for the core business and value capture strategies with the Corporate Development and Commercial teams
  • Manage key workstreams as Indigo pursues private or public equity and debt transactions
  • Assist management in preparing mission-critical analyses and materials to be ultimately used for Board and Investor presentations
  • Develop financial models
  • Develop a robust process to regularly evaluate Indigo's competitive landscape
  • Evaluate novel businesses and business models that enable Indigo to achieve its target of ~$1B in revenues by 2020
  • Assist in managing logistics for special events and Corp Dev activities

  • Passion for Finance, Economics, Consulting, Project Management with a very strong detail orientation.

  • Understands and can communicate financial concepts in plain terms to varying audiences.
  • Has experience in Financial Modeling, Excel, PowerPoint.

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
