Marketing operations is a rapidly growing field under the marketing umbrella. It is a multi-faceted role that combines both technology and strategic processes to enable marketing teams to scale. Marketing operations gains visibility into many go to market teams within an organization such as marketing/demand generation, sales & business development, as well as sales operations.

What skills do I need?
- 0-1 years of general marketing experience.
- Strong interest in learning more about the operational side of marketing and marketing technology. (tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid analytical foundation and the ability to work with large data sets to draw conclusions.
- Ability to interact and communicate cross functionally with other teams (sales, product marketing, growth marketing, event marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns in Marketo & Salesforce.
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate across the marketing team to meet project deadlines.
- Build reports to track marketing performance and campaign success.
- Identify new opportunities to optimize the lead flow process.
- Work alongside the Marketing Operations lead to implement new technology.
