IT - Product Management Intern/Project Coordinator
Overview
Mimecast is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the fast‐paced Business Systems team. The team is responsible for global business applications and technology, improving business efficiencies and supporting business transformation initiatives, including the integration of new acquisitions.
The Business Systems Project Coordinator is a hands-on member of the team that will work closely with Business Systems leadership team, to assist with project coordination activities. The role will require interaction at all levels within the organization and as such, the candidate must have superior communication and attention to detail skills, coupled with an interest in business processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers with the development of Project collateral
- Building project collateral, including; objective, scope, project plans, RACI matrix, schedules
- Meeting logistics, including scheduling via Microsoft Outlook and preparing minutes
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with the business
- Undertaking project admin tasks as required
Qualifications
- Clear communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience scheduling, scribing and following up on appropriate action items for technical meetings
- Embrace team-based work approaches
- Experience working with remote global teams
- Able to self-manage and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Exposure to Salesforce.com, NetSuite, JIRA and/or Smartsheets a plus
