The software team at Superpedestrian works on the software behind the Copenhagen Wheel, including our mobile apps, backends to support the rich sensor data we collect, a direct to consumer sales engine, manufacturing integration, research/support tools, and much more! We’re a tight knit, industrious bunch.

We are seeking not one, but two junior iOS engineers to join the team. We want you to apply as a team! If you've already worked with someone you like, this is a great opportunity. We will be prioritizing candidates who introduce us to another candidate who they work and communicate well with. We will be interviewing you together! This interview process will include joint coding exercise for you to show off your abilities as a team, as well as technical chats with our engineers here to show off your skills individually.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Write performant, maintainable code in Swift and occasionally Objective-C
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Participate in Agile Scrum sprint and release planning

What we’re looking for:

• Proficient with Swift or Objective-C
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following iOS frameworks: Core Location, Core Data, Core Bluetooth
• Working knowledge of RESTful web services, JSON
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Git
