Wellframe translates evidence-based, peer-reviewed guidelines and literature into an interactive daily checklist delivered to patients through the Wellframe mobile app. As patients engage with the Wellframe app, their data is shared in real time with their care team through the care team dashboard, which utilizes advanced algorithms to generate early intervention alerts. With secure two-way messaging, Wellframe facilitates long-term, trusted relationships between patients and care teams.

Internship Overview:

Wellframe’s client base spans payers, providers, and suppliers. As Wellframe’s expansion into the provider market continues, Wellframe is building a comprehensive plan to ensure we are tackling the greatest needs of this market. We are looking for an intern in the month of January who can research the latest regulations guiding value-based arrangements, identify key opportunities for Wellframe, and provide recommendations for product roadmap and market strategies based on analysis. The intern will work closely with leadership and team members from the partnerships, care team transformation, and client strategy and operations teams and will gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply research physician compensation models within new value-based arrangements
• Synthesize research into key recommendations
• Conduct revenue-generation analyses based on latest legislation from CMS and other regulatory bodies

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently studying toward an MPH or an MBA
• Available to work full-time during the month of January
• Prior experience and/or coursework in health care policy
• Experience with billing or claims or deciphering legislation is highly desirable
• Self-starter who is able to work independently 
• Ambitious and passionate about health care
